He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Lewis and Donna Tillotson Sauls; and his wife Janet Sauls. He is survived by: his sister Brenda Young (Terry) of Angier; his half-sisters, Angela Ruiz, Spring Sauls, Summer Sauls and Tammy Rockwell (Chuck); his nieces, Amanda Pegram (Michael) and Eva Denny; his nephew Dwight McClure; and his stepmother Brenda Sauls.
