He is survived by: his wife Callie W. McNeill; his children, Vicki Spears (Wilbe), Twana Spears and Marvin Elliott; his aunt Sue Matthews; his siblings, Doris Grady (Fred), Alice McNeill, Joyce McNeill, Linda Simons (Warren), Cindy White (JC), Michael McNeill and Travis McLean; his grandchildren, Valana Spears, Grace Spears, PrinceTitus Spears, Freddie Pullen III and Mya Lewis; his siblings-in-law, Regina Elliott and David Elliott (Denise); and his cousin Wallace McNeill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The public viewing will be Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Cedar Grove A. M. E. Zion Church, Lillington, from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm, with masks required and following the church's guidelines for entrance, capacity and social distancing.
