He is survived by: his wife Clara Lanier Jelinek; his children, Barbara Jelinek and Bernie Jelinek; his brothers, James Jelinek (Bernadette), Lumir Jelinek (Janice) and Thomas Jelinek (Joyce); his sister-in-law Donna Jelinek; his grandson R. B. Eubanks (Christy); his great grandchildren, Samantha and Sydney; his niece Laura James (Royce); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael James (Susan), Daniel James (Anastasia), Stephen Unti, Amanda Houts (Jason) and Emily Taylor (Calvin). He is also survived by eleven great-great nieces and nephews.
