She was predeceased by: her father Bernard Charles Jelinek; and her sister-in-law Nonie Jelinek. She is survived by: her mother Clara Lanier Jelinek; her brother Bernie Jelinek; her nephew R. B. Eubanks (Christy); her great-nieces, Samantha and Sydney; her uncles, James (Bernadette), Lumir and Thomas (Joyce); and her cousin Laura James (Royce).
