Annie Dell Wilkes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Dell Wilkes of Lillington, North Carolina, who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Ossie Baker Smith; her husband Alfonzo "Al" Wilkes, Sr.; and her daughter Judith Ann "Judy" Carr. She is survived by: her children, Betty Knight (Bobby) of Lancaster, SC, Joyce Dalton (John), Katherine Tatro of Goodyear, AZ and Al Wilkes, Jr. of Hampstead, NC; her grandchildren, Cindy Swanson, Jerry Patterson, Tonia Bolt, Gina Baker, Hope Pixler, Ben Dalton, Nathan Dalton, Martin Dalton, Nathan Wilkes and Nathalie Wilkes; and her sister Coreen McKey of Raleigh, NC.. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
