We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Alice Barefoot of Lillington, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John McLamb and Lucy Lee McLamb; her husband Elwood Barefoot; her siblings, Earl McLamb, Waylon McLamb, Theodore McLamb, Jessie McLamb, Garland McLamb, Elton McLamb, Ethel Byrd, Josephine Temple, Estelle Cummings, Viola Beasley and Della Byrd; and her sons-in-law, Kelton Baker and George "Billy" Dennis.
She is survived by: her children, Annie Ruth Baker of Vanceboro, Eloise Dennis of Lillington, Brenda Tedder (Thomas) of Lillington, John "Bud" Barefoot (Joanne) of Dunn and Hubert "Rooster" Barefoot (Bessie) of Lillington; and her siblings, Evelyn Gertrude Webb of Sanford, Bessie Gregson of Sanford, Pauline Schmidt of Missouri and Floyd McLamb of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 29 great- grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren.
In accordance with current North Carolina COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home requests that everyone in attendance practice social distancing and wear a face covering.
