He is survived by: his mother Ann Simmons Horne Eudy; his wife Debra Leckell Horne; his stepfather Rodney Eudy of Polkton; his children, Trisha Jones (Justin Brown) of Morven, Heidi Caulder (Brandon Blackwell) of Lilesville and Dakotah Caulder (John Innis) of Indian Trail; his grandchildren, Conner Jones, Jaxon Jones, Amayah Brown, Aviana Caulder-Blackwell and Jonathan Blackwell; his aunt Lynn Horne of Wadesboro; and his cousin Kourtney Harward (JF) of Wadesboro.
The family requests those attending the visitation and funeral service to wear a mask, practice social distancing and dress casual.
