He is survived by: his mother Margaret Pegues Diggs of Lilesville; his children, Lashaun Renay Diggs and Timothy Deshawn Diggs of Lilesville; his brothers, Bennie F. Diggs, Jr. (Robin) of Wadesboro, Kevin E. Diggs (Lenora) of Charlotte, Jose M. Diggs (Michelle) of Charlotte and Mark A. Diggs (Terry Ann) of Wadesboro; and his close friends, Jennetta Walker and Monica Williams. He is also survived by loving father to his children.
