It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shannon Mark Hildreth (Lilesville, North Carolina), born in Chesterfield, South Carolina, who passed away on June 22, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Spare Hildreth and Josephine Oliver Hildreth; his sister Wanda Adams; his nephew Little George Kantner; and his pet Daisy.
He is survived by: his children, John Shannon Hildreth of Charlotte, Melinda Jean Hildreth of Davidson and James Adam "Jamie" Hildreth of Charlotte; his granddaughters, Miranda Cole of Davidson and Mylie Cole of Davidson; his siblings, Tammy Kantner (George) of Wadesboro, Robin Sawyer (Gary) of Canton, Sean Hildreth (Amy) of Wadesboro, Adam Hildreth of Wadesboro, Samuel Hildreth of Wadesboro, Jeremy Hildreth of Wadesboro and Tanya Hildreth of Wadesboro; and his brother-in-law Delbert Adams of Chesterfield. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
