With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Eugene Carter (Lilesville, North Carolina), who passed away on November 9, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Eugene Carter and Minnie Bunn Carter. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Marsh Mullis Carter; his children, Melissa Carter of Charlotte, Shane Carter (Tannis) of Holden Beach, Kevin Mullis (April) of Wadesboro and Eric Mullis (Sandra Jacobs) of Richlands; his grandchildren, Triston Mullis, Joshua Mullis, Piper Mullis and Raelynn Mullis; his sister Brenda Baker (W. J.) of Wadesboro; his niece Angie Martin (Troy) of Albemarle; his great-niece Haley Martin of Albemarle; and his aunt Lib Lear of Wadesboro.
