It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mickey Tucker Rivers (Lilesville, North Carolina), born in Chesterfield, South Carolina, who passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Tucker and Odell Curtis Tucker; her husband Edward "Ed" Rivers; her brother Charles "Sam" Tucker; and her siblings-in-law, David "Ted" Phillips and Ellen Tucker.
She is survived by: her children, Edward "Eddie" Rivers, Jr. (Linda) of Davenport, Deana Napier (Michael) of Polkton, NC, Sammi Williams (Kenny) and Jacki Howell (Todd) of Norwood, NC; her grandchildren, Ashley Scarborough (Logan), Christopher "Bucky" Cummings, Nathan Napier, Taylor Tarlton (Tyler), Edward "Trey" Rivers, III, Curtis Napier, Sidnee Williams and Carson Williams; her stepgrandchildren, Nicholas Cummings, Hilary Babu and Gannon Hendrix; her great grandchildren, Kaya Lowery, Ryder Cummings, Rivers Scarborough and Bella Tarlton; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hailey Cummings and Tryston Cummings; her siblings, Dean Tucker and Linda Phillips; and her sister-in-law Idette Tucker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
