He is survived by: his children, Stacey Kimrey Coleman (Jay) and Travis Kimrey; his son-in-law Joel Gilliam; his grandchildren, Katie Lindley (Neill), Ty Kimrey (Caitlyn), Ira Coleman (Ashley) and John Kimrey; his siblings, Betty Vernon (Lee), Nell Phillips (Quentin) and Kemp Kimrey, Sr. (Diane); his niece Peggy Young; and his pet Gibbs. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
