He is survived by: his wife Ronda Sizemore; his mother Patsy Burnell Sizemore; his children, Lovelace (Bradley), Autumn Linsinbigler (Chris), Dayna Evans (Josh) and Chad Sizemore; his brother Randy Sizemore (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Levi Evans, Caleb Linsinbigler, Sara Evans and Michael Evans.
