He was predeceased by: his sister Michelle Pulliam; his grandparents, Warren and Marceline Stewart; and his aunt Brenda Baker. He is survived by: his parents, Steve Lewis and Bonnie Stewart Lewis of Liberty; his sisters, Dawn Goode (Robert) of Liberty and Christina Pulliam of Gibsonville; his grandparents, Roy Lewis (Joy) of McLeansville and Ruby Kemp of Asheboro; his significant other Christine Layton of Greensboro; and his nieces and nephews, Michaela Williamson, Madison Goode, Ellie Lewis, Rodney Williamson, Dakota Pulliam and Hunter Goode.
