She was predeceased by: her parents, John Curtis and Mattie Wicker Curtis; her husband George Branson Butler; and her sisters, Mildred Scott and Winifred Humble.
She is survived by: her daughter Annette Butler Clark (Darryl). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
