He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie James and Dorothy Imogene White Foust; and his brothers, Michael Foust and Ronnie Foust. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Eddy Foust; his son Dominic Foust; his stepchildren, Loriann Voss and Joseph Bologna; his stepgranddaughters, Tiffany Voss and Brianna Voss; and his sisters, Linda Cooke, Regina Welch and Susan Strickland.
