She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elizabeth McDowell and James McDowell of Liberty, NC; her daughters, Dianne Fowlkes of Charlotte, NC and Kay; her son-in-law Bill Cooley of Jackson, NC.; her husband Odell B. Cagle; her son-in-law Jim Fowlkes; her grandchildren, Kim, Will, Seth and Anna; her grandchildren-in-law, John, Tara, Nicole and Michael; and her great grandchildren, Allison, Liam, Jack, Carter, Emma and Laura.
