She was predeceased by: her parents, Homard Hugh and Pheobe Lindley Moon; her husband William Teague Murchison; her brother Ronald Lee Moon; her brother-in-law Eddie Murchison; and her aunt Ethel Buckner.

She is survived by: her children, Robin Murchison Cockerham (Kim Cockerham), Janet Murchison Sytz (Ron Sytz) and William Craig Murchison; her grandchildren, Ryan Cockerham, Alyson Jamer (Matt Jamer), Parker Sytz and Lindley Rickert (Doug Rickert); her siblings-in-law, Hazel Moon and Gary Murchison; her pets, Oreo, Gabby, Minnie Pearl and Charlie Brown; her friends, Louise Pickard and Terry Jones; and her caregiver Magdalena Sandoval.
