Williams of Elizabeth City, NC; and his siblings, Mary Wilkins (Clinton) of Boston, MA, Clarissa Akins of Boston, MA, Heather Crowder (Howard) of Roanoke, VA, Kenneth Wayne Akins of Oklahoma City, OK, Larry Akins of Boston, MA and Jerome Thomas of Roanoke, VA. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives & friends.
