She was predeceased by: her parents, Hovie Cox and Hazel Cox; and her husband Sidney George, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Sidney George Jr. and Lisa Martinez (Robert); her siblings, Robert Cox (Kathy) and Wanda Shelar (Hal); and her grandchild Logan Martinez (Alexandria Ugarte). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
