She was predeceased by: her father Elmer Matthew Elliott; her husband David Ackles Worsham; her son David Anthony Worsham; her granddaughter Vicki Stultz; and her mother Martha Frances Rierson Elliott.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Phillippie (Tim), Vicki Neese (Richie), Rhonda Gayle Evans, James Matthew Worsham (Caroline) and Kenneth Gregory Worsham; her brother Kenneth Elliott (Trudy); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Crystal, Richard, Davia, Tiffany, Shane, Richie, Allison, Bradley, Wesley, Matthew, Zach, Anthony, Hallie, Sarah, Austin, Jeremy, Steven, Jennifer, Sylvia and Barbara. She is also survived by 39 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter.
