It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Euliss Clapp of Liberty, North Carolina, born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alfred Euliss and Mattie Coble Euliss; her husband Clifton C. Clapp; and her siblings, Glenn, Boaz, Homer, Coble, Devoe Euliss, Julia Grace Euliss, Barbara E. Johnson, Nellie E. Linnens and Mary E. Rierson.

She is survived by: her children, Darrell Clapp (Della) and Carolyn Clapp Lineberry (David); her grandsons, Matthew Clapp (Brooke) and Mark Clapp (Jordan); and her great grandchild Elizabeth Clapp. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
