He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Dunn Hodgin; his son Richard Hodgin; his parents, Cecil Hodgin and Reta Bunton Hodgin; and his brothers, James Hodgin, Robert Cecil Hodgin, Jr. and Billy Ray Hodgin.
He is survived by: his son Johnny Ray Breedlove of Liberty; his sisters, Nancy Wright of Staley, Peggy Black of Liberty, Linda Young (Keith) of Staley and Sheila Frye (Mark) of Liberty; and his grandson Joey Hodgin of Liberty.
