He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cecil and Muriel Mitchell Key. He is survived by: his significant other Susan Hawkins Key; his son Trevor Key; his brothers, Rodney McDowell (MaryAnn) and Tim Key (Caroline); his niece Alisa McCutcheon; and his nephews, Andrew Key, Daniel Key and Rod McDowell. He is also survived by many cousins, friends, and extend family members.
