He is survived by: his wife Winifred H. Charles of Rahway, NJ; his children, Pamela C. Sims (Hal), Kent Troy, Jr. (Ingrid) and Thaddeus W. Troy; his grandchildren, Philip A. Troy (Sarah), Nicholas A. Troy, Nina C. Troy-Brandt (Patrick) and Emma B. Troy; and his great grandchildren, Alana I. Clouthier, Amilia F. Clouthier and Attemiriah H. D. Troy.
