He was predeceased by: his parent Edward Walkos; and his siblings, Nell Fozard, Edward S. Walkos and Allan Walkos. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Lilly Walkos; his children, Gerald Dale Walkos, Jr., Danny Cook and Elizabeth Jean O'Sullivan (Patrick); his stepchildren, Timothy Forzley and Brittany Sweeney; his grandchildren, Madison Walkos, Kaitlyn Walkos, Isabella Sweeney, Rhyder Sweeney and Jadyn Forzley; and his siblings, Pamela Ann Malloy and William Walkos.
