He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Staley and Dutoy Jenkins Staley; his brother Preston Staley; and his son Robert Staley. He is survived by: his wife Chrystal Staley; his children, Katherine Staley of Liberty and Paul Staley of Asheboro; and his sisters, Imogene Staley Moore of Liberty and Sheila Staley of Liberty. He is also survived by three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
