It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Arrington York (Liberty, North Carolina), who passed away on November 18, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ansel and Anna Lee Smith Arrington; her husband Thomas Elwin York; and her sister Melrose Woodard. She is survived by: her children, Travis York (Rhonda) and Sheryl Robin Weitzel; her grandchildren, Brandon York, Meredith Sexton, Adam York, Montanna Weitzel and Marissa Weitzel; and her caregiver Hettie Little. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
