She is survived by: her husband Bill Williams; her siblings, Josephine Culberson, Etta Mae Brady and Joseph Randolph Coltrane Jr.; her children, Wanda Holt, Frank Holt (Debbie), Randy Holt (Sybil) and Ronnie Holt; her grandchildren, Frankie Holt III and Brandon Holt; and her great grandchildren, Valerie Holt and Veronica Holt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
