He is survived by: his mother Doretta Hamil of Santa Cruz, California; his daughter Julie Harrell Briggs (David) of Homer, Alaska; his grandchildren, Idarah, Cael, Kain and Joaquin; and his brothers, Randy Harrell (Linda), Ken Harrell, Larry Harrell and Gary Harrell (Karla). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
