Charles Timothy Willard Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Timothy Willard (Liberty, North Carolina), who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Willard; his children, Kenneth Willard (Laura C. Willard), Laura Willard, Timothy Willard and David Willard; and his sister Teresa Chriscoe (Jimmy). He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
