She was predeceased by: her parents, Sellman Howser and Celeste Lovell Howser; her husband J. Clark Causey; and her brothers, Sellman "Buddy" Howser and William "Bill" Howser.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Causey (Gwenne), Jan Rusenko (Bob), Brian Causey (Donna) and Linda Causey; her grandchildren, Kenneth Clark Causey, Joseph Brian Causey (Katie), Michael Robert Rusenko (Bethany), James Clark Rusenko, Daniel Causey (Misty), Whitney Celeste Foley (Steven) and Satchel Celeste Causey; her great grandchildren, Sebastian Weatherford, Anna Claire Rusenko and Lucille Celeste Foley; her sisters, Grace "Peggy" Corum and Barbara Matthews; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Howser and Mitchie Hall.
