She is survived by: her children, Franklin Cicero Fowler, III of Charlotte, Scott Eugene Fowler (Terri) of Raleigh, NC and Cheryl Fowler Sandford (Bill) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Seth Fowler, Delani Fowler, Christopher Sandford, William Sandford (Rylie Corbin), Luke Sandford and Levi Sandford; and her siblings, Richard Yaun and Fran Rogers.
