He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gloria Edwards Morrison and Troy Lankford; his wife Teresa; his stepfather Jerry Morrison of Lexington; his children, Troy Lankford (Madeline) of Lexington, Jaelan Newsome of Lexington, Eric Shore (Melissa) of Lexington and Haley Coleman (Cory) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Hayden Leerick, Jameson Trayce Lankford and Adiemae; his sisters, Angie Hughes of Thomasville and Joann Houghton (Jess); his brother-in-law Tommy Gunter (Billie); his nephews, TJ Rebello (Nicole), Michael Rebello and Harley Gunter; his niece Courtney McElroy; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlie Gunter, Maverick Gunter, Everest McElroy, Emma Rebello and JoJo Gunter.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel (301 N Main St, Davidson, NC 28036).
