With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tony Medlin of Lexington, North Carolina, who passed away on January 14, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Tony leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Tony may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Olin "Luke" Medlin and Hazel Lorena Morgan Medlin; his son Mike Medlin; and his sister Elaine Medlin. He is survived by: his wife Gail Medlin; his daughters, Paula Newsome (Kenny) and Julie Dyson (Greg); and his grandchildren, Zackery Todd Hutchinson, Merrick Dyson and Riley Dyson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292).
