He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Gibson and Montise Gibson; his stepmother Louise; his daughter Jenny Lynn; and his wife Julia "Judy" Ann.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Judy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (201 W 3rd Ave, Lexington, NC 27292).
