She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Mabe and Beverly Meadows Williams; her sister Kewaunee Erdmann; and her niece Brandee Mabe. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Gordon of Winston-Salem and Laura Gordon Brown (Brandon) of Whitsett; her brother Christopher Mabe of Midway; her grandchildren, David Taylor of Archdale, Haley Blankenship of Whitsett, Maggie Blankenship of Winston-Salem and Jaxon Brown of Whitsett; her great grandchild Kiara of Winston-Salem; her nieces and nephews, Krystal Parrett (Tommy) of Reidsville, Brittanie Mabe of Midway, Cindy Bowman (Reggie) of Ararat, VA, Shirley Esterly (Eric) of Winston-Salem, David Schrock of Winston-Salem and Michael Esterly (Lynn) of Rural Hall; her close friends, Susan Styron, Shirley Green, Valerie Howerton and Karen Brown; and also Todd Gordon (Samantha) of Loraine, OH.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Welcome (404 Welcome-Arcadia Rd, Lexington, NC 27295).
