He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Gandy. He is survived by: his mother Mazie Young Gandy; and his siblings, Sandra Quick (Rodney), Wanda Gandy Quick, Melvin Jr. Scott Gandy and Christopher Lamar "Lamont" Gandy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Service (701 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the Saints Delight Holiness Church (175 Knoll Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27107).
