As we bid Rosa farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Rosa is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey Gray Younts; and her siblings, Mary Bates, Brenda Bates, Peggy Hartman, Josephine Bates, Judy Bates, Mae Bates and Roy Frank Bates.
She is survived by: her children, Michael G. Younts, Joseph Younts (Crystal) and Dianna Younts Thomason (Dean); and her sister Vickie Mann. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Union Grove Church (2295 Union Grove Rd, Lexington, NC 27295). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
