He was predeceased by: his parents, John Swing and Edna Swing; and his siblings, Clifford Swing, Garnell Medlin, Audrey Swing and Vivian Moody.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Swing; his children, Todd Swing of Lexington, Tim Swing (Norene) of Clemmons and Kelli Rapp (Craig) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Ashley Bhatti (Satbir) of Winston Salem, Sam Swing (Dannyell) of Lexington, Tripp Swing of Lexington, Clayton Rapp of Lexington and Maria Rapp of Lexington.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel (858 Hickory Tree Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27127). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Church of Christ Arcadia (3448 Enterprise Rd, Lexington, NC 27295).
