Owens (Lexington, North Carolina), born in Davidson, North Carolina, who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Obie Owens and Cora Lee Simmons Owens; and his sisters, Drusilla Stephens and Cora Owens. He is survived by: his daughter Colette McLaughlin (Curtis); his grandchildren, Christopher McLaughlin (Devannie) and Chase McLaughlin; and his brother Charles Owens. He is also survived by other great nieces, great nephew, cousins and friends.
