He was predeceased by: his brother Wayne Bailey. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Bart of High Point, Mary Del Aguila (Luis) of Greensboro, Joy Bowers (James) of Lexington, Mark Bailey of Lexington and Bobby Bailey of Bristol, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Yuri Bart, Matthew Bart, Sixto Rodriguez, Annalee Rodriguez, Andrew Aldridge, Emily Sears and Daniel English.
