He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Mendoza and Blanca Mendoza; his siblings, Aaron and Jessica; and his nephew Branden.
He is survived by: his nephew Aaron Mendoza; his nieces, Kimberly Mendoza, Tami Clark (Neal), Nicholle McKee (Brian) and Nishelle Henson (Jon); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alysha Clark (Cat), Kalysha Wall (Blane), Megan Clark (Ryan), Sarah Hill (Dustin), Lizzie Mendoza, Zakk, Michael Woodcock, Daniel, Mikey Mendoza, Noah and Jacob Henson; and also, Madelyn Edge and James Michael Boger.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice of Davidson County.
