She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Franklin Tilley, Sr. and Betty Jean Royal; her husband Jimmy Williams; her siblings, Charles F Tilley, Jr. and Martha Fay Lail; her children, Gary "Bubba" Huffman, Jr., Jimmy "Joey" Williams, Jr. (Katlyn Paynter), Rhonda Kelly (Mike), Sheri Lynn Scharf and Haili Butler (Jesse); and her sister Margie Garland. She was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
