He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charlie Arthur Brushwood and Darlene Polburn Brushwood; his child Chase; his brothers, James Brushwood and Ellis Brushwood; his aunt Charlene Polburn (Chris Brehm); and his cousin Daniel Polburn (Allison).
