She was predeceased by: her parents, Vada Fay Long Wagner and Jesse Hoyle Wagner; her husband Johnnie Leonard Palmer; her siblings, Lea Nan Wagner, Elizabeth Wagner Byerly (Bill Byerly) and Julian Franklin Wagner; her nephew Brooks Graham Byerly; and her great-nephew Blake Palmer Byerly.
She is survived by: her niece Lisa Byerly Charbonneau (John Charbonneau); her great-niece Madeline Acorn (Richard); her great-nephew Jake Byerly Charbonneau; her niece Dr. Susan Lloyd Byerly; her great-nephew Dr. Benjamin Lloyd Byerly (Ashlynn); and also, Decker, Riggins, Shaw, Brooke and Caroline Byerly.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Unity Place (100 Hedrick Dr, Thomasville, NC 27360).
