It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lula Mae Hoffman of Lexington, North Carolina, who passed away on March 20, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom McPherson and Mae Locklear McPherson; her husband JD Hoffman; her sister Linda; and her granddaughter Savannah Hoffman.

She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Hoffman (Debbie) and Tammy Crotts (Jeff); her grandchildren, Austin Hoffman (Hannah), Corey Crotts and Kristal Angell (Luke); her great grandchildren, Oakley Jane Angell, Colton Rhett Angell and Bristol Elaine Hoffman; and her stepbrother Larry Norton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
