Lala Tussey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lala Tussey of Lexington, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her significant other David Arthur Tussey; her parents, Elmo Beeker and Alice Myers Beeker; and her siblings, Hilda Seaford, Melba Leonard, Harold, Graham and Burton Beeker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Charm (Mario Zinna) and Jill (Chris Boone); her grandchildren, Christie Micheletti, Maria Zinna (Mike), Emily Boone and Kailee Boone (Reid); her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Madison Micheletti, Vivian Lala and Lillian Rodgers; and her sister-in-law Donese Leonard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Davidson Funeral Home (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers to honor Lala, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Davidson County.
