He was predeceased by: his parents, Dock H. Staley and Mary Jean Coffey Staley; his brother Marcus Clay; his sister-in-law Donna Clay; and his niece Melissa Jean Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Miller (Carson), Cynthia Staley and Paul Staley (Michelle); his nephews, Josh Hall (Jessi), Christian Staley, Nicholas Staley, Jonathan Staley (Amber) and Timothy Hall; his niece Ashley Hall (Nikola); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Eden Hall, Mira Glogovac, Ethan Hall and Oliver Glogovac. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
