In the vast expanse of eternity, Jeffrey Neill shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jeffrey Neill farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Hester Sr. and Kathryn Copeland Hester; and his siblings, William F. Hester Jr. and Robyn H. Fortner. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Baldwin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a Veteran's organization of the donor's choice.
